  • Software is provided subject to licence terms agreed in writing.
  • Customisation, implementation, and support services are governed by individual project agreements or purchase orders.
  • Pricing, delivery timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing before work commences.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Refund and cancellation terms are defined in the individual service agreement or purchase order for each engagement. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following general policy applies:

  • Deposits paid for software implementation are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Annual maintenance or SaaS subscription fees paid in advance are non-refundable mid-term.
  • Disputes should be raised in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Codestrela delivers software products and services electronically. Physical delivery of storage media or hardware (if applicable) will be confirmed in the individual project agreement. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codestrela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external websites. Codestrela has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
