CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – DIGITAL PRODUCTS
CANCELLATION POLICY
All digital product orders will be fulfilled as per availability.
No refund will be applicable due to any price change at any time.
CODESTRELA reserves the right to cancel orders without prior intimation.
To initiate the cancellation of a digital product purchased directly from CODESTRELA, the customer must log in to their dashboard and cancel the specific order in the order section.
An order can only be cancelled before the product/license/download link/API access is delivered or activated. In this case, upon receiving a valid cancellation request, CODESTRELA will process a full refund within 10 business days to the same account from which the payment was originally received.
If the cancellation request is made after the product/license/download link/API access has been delivered or activated, no refund will be applicable.
REFUND POLICY
This refund policy is applicable only for purchases made directly from CODESTRELA.
Refunds will be processed through the same medium used for payment.
A refund request for a digital product must be initiated within 48 hours of purchase and only if:
The product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
There is a proven technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Important Notes:
Once a product/license/download link/API access is delivered or activated, it is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly specified by CODESTRELA during the offer period.
Refund requests will not be entertained in cases of:
Change of mind or wrong product selection by the customer.
Incompatibility due to the customer’s system not meeting the specified requirements.
Customer’s inability to operate the software without first seeking technical support.
SUPPORT & RESOLUTION PROCESS
Before approving a refund, CODESTRELA support will attempt to resolve any technical issues reported by the customer.
If the issue is confirmed as non-resolvable from CODESTRELA’s end, a refund will be initiated.
All Cash on Delivery payments (if applicable for digital codes) will be refunded via cheque in the biller’s name.
GENERAL TERMS
In case of any dispute, CODESTRELA will only be liable to refund the payment received for the specific purchase and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
CODESTRELA reserves the right to modify and/or change the terms of this policy without prior notice.
